No one does a sexier sweaterdress than a Victoria's Secret model. While the majority of us don't look like those girls I think a sweaterdress is incredibly sexy and comfy at the same time, major bonus! If you are worried about looking like a potato sack there is help. You can do a belt to define your waistline, a pattern on the dress itself to distract from problem areas and (my fave!) leather detailing. Throw in tights and a scarf and your outfit is complete.
